Mei Chang, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Mei Chang, M.D., F.A.C.C., is a graduate of Internal medicine and Cardiology Fellowship Program, Millard Fillmore Hospital, Buffalo, NY 1978. She is a Diplomat of American Board of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Medicine. She specializes in all aspects of non-invasive cardiology, echocardiogram, stress testing, general cardiology, hypertension, peripheral vascular disease, lipid disorders, and congestive heart failure. She is the founder of Pasco Cardiology Center and has been in this area since 1979.
Huang-Ta Lin, M.D., F.A.C.C.
A graduate of the Cardiology Fellowship Program, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX, 1983. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease. He specializes in electrophysiology studies, the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias including ablation and cardiac mapping, pacemaker and defibrillator implantation. He joined Pasco Cardiology Center in 1989.
Peter A. Rossi, M.D., F.A.C.C.
A Graduate of the Cardiology Fellowship Program, Texas Heart Institute, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX, 1982. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He specializes in cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, rotoblator, coronary stents, peripheral artery angioplasty/stents and venous ablation. Dr Rossi also has an interest in the management of lipid (cholesterol) problems, performs general cardiology evaluation and treatment and is active in research projects. He joined Pasco Cardiology Center in 1993.
Werner Jauch, M.D., F.A.C.C.,
A graduate of the Cardiology Fellowship Program, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Camden, NJ, 1995. He is Board Certified in Cardiology and Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology. Dr Jauch emphasizes an individualized approach to the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of each patient’s condition, with attention to risk factor modification to attempt to minimize the risk of development of future problems. He specializes in cardiac catheterization, coronary stent, angioplasty, laser, Rotoblator, and the newer interventional devices. Dr. Jauch joined Pasco Cardiology Center in 2000.
Satish Siva (Sivasankaran), M.D., F.A.C.C.,M.R.C.P (UK).,
A graduate of Internal medicine program, Yale University, Connecticut and Cardiology fellowship program, Lahey Clinic, Massachusetts. He did his Interventional Cardiology fellowship at Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles, California and a mini-fellowship in peripheral vascular intervention, Mercy Health System, Baptist Hospital West, Tennessee.
He did his medical schooling from Stanley Medical College, Madras, India. Before coming to the United States, he completed his postgraduate training in Internal Medicine from United Kingdom and obtained the prestigious 'Membership of the Royal College of Physicians' degree.
He achieved board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology. In addition to general and non-invasive cardiology, Dr.Siva specializes in cardiac catheterization, coronary and peripheral angioplasty and stenting, carotid artery stenting and venous ablation. Dr Siva joined Pasco Cardiology in 2009.
Michelle D. Bachtel, M.D., F.A.C.C.
A graduate of the Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship Programs at Washington University School of Medicine in her hometown of St Louis, MO.
She is Board Certified in Cardiology/Cardiovascular Diseases, specializing in all facets of non-invasive Cardiology including evaluation and treatment of Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Coronary Artery Disease, Cardiomyopathy, Congestive Heart Failure and Arrhythmias. She performs and interprets echocardiograms/TEEs, treadmill and chemical nuclear stress tests, and rhythm monitors.
Dr. Bachtel earned degrees from the University of Missouri School of Medicine and Indiana University. She practiced Invasive Noninterventional Cardiology for 20 years in Tallahassee Florida and moved to this beautiful area in 2017, joining Pasco Cardiology Center in 2018.
